about me

I’m Sofie Moons, a soulful sobriety coach dedicated to helping sober souls like you find empowerment, freedom, and true purpose in life. My journey toward becoming a coach started from a place of deep personal transformation and a desire to work from my heart. 


Sobriety is the biggest catalyst for a free life. A life in which you can achieve everything you ever dreamed of, and more. 


As I let go of my own old patterns, I found myself shifting from insecure to proud of who I was becoming, from scared to chase my dreams to fully pursuing them. I went from living within my comfort zone to living abroad, planning a solo trip around the world, and embracing a life of freedom. I stepped into my own power, building a business that aligned with my purpose.


Now, I’m here to support you in finding your unique way. I know firsthand the courage it takes to live sober in a world that doesn’t always understand. My coaching is designed to help you break old patterns, uncover a new vision, and create a life where you can thrive—not just as a sober person, but as a fulfilled, empowered soul.

It was such a pleasure to work with Sofie the last past weeks as my Freedom coach! 


In the few sessions we had she managed to help me enter a new dimension of myself. 

Before I was constantly looking en triving for freedom. Freedom was my goal in the future and I felt like hustling towards it. 


In the calls we had she helped me see the freedom I allready have and the steps I already took towards my goal. But overall she managed to help me find the freedom in me today in the now. Just a few insights, just a few words, just a few pinpointed visions made me change my point of view of freedom. 


Today I am not only attracting freedom in the future but I also feel the freedom and happiness NOW.

 I had the privilege of attending four freedom coaching sessions with Sofie. And oh my, what an incredible gift that was. The way Sofie guides you in coaching works wonders. The way she asks questions, the way she creates openness and possibilities, does so much good for your soul.


As a parent, you sometimes see fewer possibilities, and that was slowly creeping up on me. I saw fewer possibilities while I had always seen only possibilities my whole life. 


Sofie stood by me in the arena and guided me with a warm heart to a world full of possibilities. She brought me back to the person I am deep inside. Thanks to her coaching, I suddenly had much more zest for life again... because she showed me how many possibilities there are. I finally feel freedom again, freedom that is so important to me and that I had lost. 


What a gift, what a talent to be able to do that for someone. Just four sessions that changed everything. I can feel more again, I am amazed again, I see the colors in nature better, and oh my, I am so excited about life and everything that is yet to come.

First of all, I want to thank you for the nice contact! Your punctuality and responsibility, your listening ear. And your time!! Because that is sooo precious!


I found it very pleasant to work with you. You radiate a calmness. The trust you gave me to be open. The recognition I felt. And your openness of your own insights also gave me insights. So at the end the questions that remained. not only in the short term but also in the long term. Because how are we going to break through certain patterns and continue to do this in the future?


You always gave me the reminders I needed. And also the motivation to initiate the change in that week to choose for myself.. and of course to continue doing this. It was nice to tell you my 'victories' every week! Because that's how it felt to me! A victory! Very powerful!


The changes are of course within yourself, but it goes twice as fast when you get that support in your back. Thanks for that!
