I’ve always felt the pull toward a deeper way of living. Following that pull changed everything: my career, relationships, my sense of self, and ultimately my entire reality. In AWE about my life in paradise, my deepest devotion became guiding others into their transformation. Because what I can create, you can too.
My journey
The life I thought I “should” live.
For years, I lived the life I believed I should live. A hard-working consultancy career, a home I bought myself, weekends filled with parties, festivals, and the so-called “good life". On the outside it looked perfect. But inside, I was constantly performing: trying to keep up, trying to be who the world expected me to be. No matter what I achieved, I never felt enough. I felt empty and alone. Deep down, I knew there had to be another way… a truer way.
My awakening began the moment I stopped running from myself. For me, that started with one courageous decision: quitting alcohol. The moment I let that go, something inside me opened. Clarity, space and truth. Doors began to appear, and all I had to do was follow them.
Inner work became my compass.
It led me from Belgium to Spain, and eventually into the mountains and jungle of Panama. A place where I began remembering who I truly am. Not the version shaped by expectations, but the woman beneath all the stories: curious, intuitive, courageous, and deeply committed to truth.
In Panama, I live immersed in practices that open the heart and expand consciousness. I’m surrounded by teachers, mentors, and soul family who see me, hold me, and walk beside me as I continue evolving. This environment, this life, became the foundation for the work I now share.
My transformation isn’t theoretical , it is lived.
Through healing, presence, shadow work, silence, truth, heartbreak, embodiment, and choosing myself again and again, I watched my inner world transform. And as it transformed, my entire reality shifted with it.
This is the path I now guide others through. Because I walked it, I see others clearly. I see where they’re stuck, what they’re carrying, and what’s ready to rise. If my story touches something in you (a memory, a desire, a quiet knowing) consider it your invitation.
